Data collected

Within the use of Tubify, we collect the following data:

• User account: name, email address, password (encrypted)
• Login history: anonymized IP address (last octet masked), browser, date and time
• YouTube data: public video statistics (views, likes, comments) retrieved via the YouTube Data API v3
• Tracked links: clicks and QR scans with anonymized IP address
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store any bank details.

• Account management and authentication
• Service delivery (video tracking, analytics, campaigns)
• Security: suspicious login detection
• Billing via Stripe

Retention period

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. Login history is kept for a maximum of 12 months. In case of account deletion, all your data is immediately and irreversibly deleted.

Cookies

Tubify uses only strictly necessary cookies for the website to function (PHP session, authentication). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access: view the data we hold about you
• Rectification: modify your information from settings
• Deletion: delete your account and all your data from settings
• Portability: export your data in CSV format

Data hosting

Your data is hosted in France by o2switch (Clermont-Ferrand). Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. whose servers comply with PCI DSS standards.

Governing language

This page is available in French and English. The French version is the authoritative version. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the French version legally prevails.
